Location: cnr Elliot Ave and Old Poplar Rd, Parkville Granite drinking fountain A new road through Royal Parkland near the Zoo was finished in 1936. The road was named Elliot Avenue after Councillor Henry Elliot represented Smith ward from 1903 to 1936. A drinking fountain was erected in his honour.
