Summary

Portrait of Rob Adams, Director City Design and Projects at the City of Melbourne. Tom Carment was commissioned to document the construction of Council House 2 (CH2) through sketches, paintings and diary notes. Over the two years of construction, he visited the site and captured the building from its earliest stages of excavation through to its completion in 2006.
